At Little Gift Corner, every item is personalized and made specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on personalized items.
Please review your order carefully before checking out, including all names, dates, spelling, colors, and other custom details. We produce your item exactly as entered, so we cannot accept returns for errors in the information provided.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Reach us at contact@littlegiftcorner.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will evaluate the problem and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
Because our products are custom and personalized, they fall under the categories of goods that cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific order.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. As all of our products are personalized, they are exempt from this cooling-off period. Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items remain fully protected (see "Damages and issues" above).
